Ship was late disembarking and Groundlink has no provisions to adjust wanted to charge me additional $120 for a problem I could not anticipate. Suggest you pick a different service when involved with ships and planes that may not operate on an exact schedule. Stay away from these guys

Groundlink is not honoring the price I had at booking. I was only informed of this 36 hours prior to my scheduled pickup. Unreliable company. Why pay a premium when you are going to subject to a bait and switch?!
