Extremely shady outfit!!! Not only do they not honor their own promotions, they actually go as far as deleting your account and claiming they don't have a record of it. That's after you had received emails confirming your setting up account with them and given them your Credit card info as form of payment. I responded to promo Groundlink was advertising and a few days later as detailed here: www(dot)doctorofcredit(dot)com/groundlink-promotion-issues-know/ I've lost access to my account. No email from Groundlink with explanation, I would stay away from this company.
Very dishonest shady company. Useless customer service; acts uninformed and unable to help or provide any information.
I cant review the ride because they cancelled my reservation and stripped my credits. Their promotions are not good however. Avoid them.
Outstanding service and outstanding driver for me. In Jan. 2017, I booked from Canada, to be picked up at the Miami airport, and the very nice and professional driver was there at luggage pick-up waiting for me. He handled my luggage for me, and was parked close by, so it was very convenient. GroundLink is the best in my opinion, and I will definitely use their services again.
