AVOID this company at all costs. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever rented from. Myself and my flatmate caused no issues for the entirety of our rental period, and we left the flat in a pristine condition. We were first told by Ondrea that we would have our deposit in June. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS. To give company 1 star is being too generous. Myself and my flat mate rented a flat for a year, we were warned by previous tenants in the flat that she was an awful landlord, didn’t return their deposits and blocked them from her phone. This exact same thing happened to us. When we moved out of the flat (left in perfect condition) and were waiting for our deposit, she ignored all messages and ended up blocking us. Hasn't changed after two years, looking at the first review. Ondrea informed us that the deposit would be sorted out on the 14th of July. It is now august and she has been avoiding text messages. One of my flat mates, after ringing many a time could not get through, not to mention she let builders and work men into our flat without our knowledge, which is highly illegal. Our friends who lived next door also had the same problem with her.
Terrible terrible service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS .the owner of this company (Ondrea) leased a flat to 3 students with a deposit of £200. Luckily, we knew the 2 lads that lived there before us and they did warn us about her starting to ignore messages and calls in an attempt to keep the deposit. I have it in writing that we are eligible for our deposits back yet she still hasn't sent the money back and is (surprise surprise) ignoring messages and calls.
