So I was in the restaurant and there was 2 mice and a rat running under the tables and through the doors… I heard the staff screaming like little girls which would of been heard through out the whole casino Disgusting venue for food!!! 🤮🤢

Ok casino which is very much like other Grosvenor ones. Service was good with staff coming around offering drinks which doesn't always happen

The worst casino in the country management are awful and only care about the money and not partially the customers who don’t spend as much… if you spend more your likely to be treat better than someone who isn’t spending much… the f&b team look like they are about to give in at any point with how they walk about looking depressed not really engaging with the customers… one of the girls was really rude and aggressive with me and a friend when we only asked if there was anything on tonight….
