I was in for a staff poker tournament (which might I add was fun and me and other colleagues/friends enjoyed the game itself) but during the break we ordered food (we did pay but had a staff discount, I’m not discrediting that in the slightest) but if I’m paying and providing customs, which all of us did I’d expect mine and the others food to arrive on time and at the bare minimum warm. I found the whole experience from becoming a member at the entrance reception, to dinning in the casino restaurant, to spending a few hours on the roulette machines very enjoyable. My partner loves to gamble so watching her nearly lose everything to break even and come away with +£14 at the end of the night great fun.the casino has a real mix of people age and different backgrounds but there was a good atmosphere in there and no problems..well done grosvenor..perfect environment.
