Very disappointing experience, rude staff clearly more interested in their own conversation than customers.
Following the recent refurbishment, floor staff have often politely apologised regarding technical issues with some of the newly installed machines. Granted, these things can happen. A few weeks ago a lady I know very well was having a problem with a machine and a floor staff member suggested she speak directly to a manager for assistance. She approached two Managers standing together who unfortunately appeared far more interested in their personal conversation than her comments even smiling to eachother when she walked away... read more
