My dad is here and all the carers who are looking after him are fantastic their very friendly and caring my dad has been talking in Italian and A carer who works there can speak Italian which is great! The Management are so approachable Sandra and Becky and happy to answer any questions, They are brilliant with the residents and make time to talk to them it’s a lovely team environment and a great atmosphere , the house is being renovated and I’m sure it will be looking great when completed, my dads room has been redecorated ... read more
