Service terrible food over priced ughh don't bother going there it sucks.
Yesterday our party of 9 was rudely turned away. We called prior to heading over and were told there would not be a problem accommodating us. In Oct., our party of 12 was treated like we were an imposition! Thanks to the staff of The Black Seal for taking good care of us yesterday. No more Gris for us!
Always a fantastic time! Christmas is a wonderful time to visit the Gris! The decorations are amazing, takes you back in time. Wood burning fireplaces and the original tap room serving hot buttered rum. If sitting for dinner, the Carolers dressed in 19th century costumes will keep you singing all night. A holiday MUST!!! Don't miss the game menu. Duck, boar, venison and more!
The Gris is a very special place! Both my wife and I love it very much!

Thank you to the entire staff of the Griswold Inn last night for being so accommodating. I was dining with a group of eight and had preop dietary restrictions of liquids only. The entire staff went out of their way to meet my needs and allow me to enjoy all the festivities � you all went above and beyond expectations. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It was so much fun last night at your kick off to the holiday season I shall return every December 1 to enjoy the kick off again. ��
Had light meal in the bar after Boat & rigging Parade , was busy , but we had fun and enjoyed the meal We had the table by the bathroom Don't recommend that And the door by the singer was cold
The Thanksgiving Brunch was so Good yesterday....
The butternut squash ravioli is AMAZING! LOVED my dinner last night. Standing ovation to the chef....Bravo!
