My husband's family has been coming to the Inn since Ella Grasso was Governor, and we have been enjoying their special brunch on New Year's Day for over 20 years. We also love to drop in for a burger in the summer, and who can forget all of the Essex Ed groundhog day celebrations that the Inn helps out with? The food is outstanding, the setting exquisite, and the staff charms. It was OK. The Inn is not worth the money to stay overnight.
The food was outstanding and the service phenomenal! We will definitely return!!! We had a great time and the ambiance was very fun. Give it a try and you will be happy you did.

I think it's get been a long time I moved haven't been they long time my mother used to work there I will come back I just don't know when living in westbrook ct now I miss going there
Our family had a wonderful experience at the "Gris" we made some great memories. Everyone was so gracious and helpful. The Inn is so warm and inviting, can't wait to go back next year definitely 5+ stars.
