Very neat experience! this was my first time... such a cool place, and the food and waitstaff was great! will definitely be making my way back there, next time i'm in texas! 😊
Amazing atmosphere. The building is beautiful and the views are incredible. The food was good for the most part but the steak was really bland. I'll go back every chance I get though.
Was disappointed a bit with unhelpful staff, waitress was not attentive, never gave me my ranch and didn't offer to take off the soup that was terrible but I still enjoy the scenery
Great atmosphere and attentive staff , food was okay , 3 had steaks, I ordered catch of the day : snapper , we really enjoy coming here (3rd visit) but a little disappointed with quality of food this time round 😕
One of my favorite places in New Braunfels area. Have to try the fire roasted chicken. It's fantastic.
Great food! The Country club, gristle burger, onion rings and fries were spectacular. The atmosphere is homey and relaxing. Definitely a must visit.

I always enjoy bringing my school kids to the Gristmill. Never disappointed, unless not seated to see the river. Food is always delicious.
