Great food. Waitress was great...appreciate her knowledge of the history of the Gristmill. Well worth the hour wait.
Always a nice place to visit and enjoy a good view and a good meal. Always love the queso and grist burger, which we got both. If you go on a weekend, expect a wait, but it's worth it. :)

It's super long of a wait for the selection you get. It's not a fancy restaurant. Maybe due to spring break, not sure. It took 1hr and 30 to be seated.
Staff: 5 stars Ambiance: 4.5 stars Food: 3.5 stars The chicken fried steak was good, but it wasn't to the level of the reviews I have read. The onion rings were great, and the green bean side dish that my cousin in-law had was fantastic. I would return and try something different, but probably include the green beans and onion rings.
