Cathy was great server. Personable and attentive. Food was good. Nothing outstanding. But I just had a cheeseburger. A long wait but all part of the experience. Off my bucket list.
Love this place, everything I have ever eaten here is delicious. My favorite? Chips with garlic salsa! Yummy. Salads are good, sandwiches, catfish. Huge onion rings. Very nice to sit outside with a view of the river below.
Every time we go the staff describes the specials of the day and it's always so spot on , we will be back again , excellent service
Everytime we travel to the area, we make sure we visit the Gristmill. Love the ambiance and the food is delicious!!
Omigosh! So amazing!! The chicken fried steak had a nice thin layer to it, not too thick, wonderful flavor. Those home made mashed potatoes.. and the apple pie. I've had a good amount of apple pie and that was most likely the best, along with the delicious home made ice cream. I want to come back every week!

this is one of the best places to eat anywhere.the gristmill burger is outstanding. the bourbon pecan pie is of the hook . great atmosphere with live music while you wait. And views of the Guadalupe river while you eat. the jalapeno bombs were disappointing. this place is a must stop if .anywhere close to the area. we have had other things and its all great
Get the ribs! Always amazing. This place is beautiful, never gets old!
I have been waiting to go here for the longest time! My girlfriend and I came on a Sunday at lunch, were seated immediately, and the food was amazing! Can't wait to go back!
