Great, efficient service thank you so much. We will be returning again in the future.
I was in the area and my warning light came up, I googled the nearest tyre place and Grips & Tyres came up, I looked at the review and went there thinking I have slow puncture or worst need a new tyre. All thy guys seemed friendly and very respectful. One of the guys took the wheel off and took it instead, he came back with minutes and said it was the valve in the tyre pressure which was faulty, and he had just changed that and all the light went off. Rude staff! Went for a puncture and the guy mumbled half of his words to say that I need both front tyres changed. Couldn’t be bothered to answer any questions. I asked him if they’ll be the same brand as the ones he’s replacing and he said yes. Only after fitting I realise it’s a completely different brand to the ones he’s replacing and to the back tyres! And then he goes “ I meant both new tyres will be the same brand! And it would have cost you more to have the same brand” and then he just walked away! EDIT following owne... read more
