Beautiful and well constructed homes. Really good quality fixtures and fittings. So much better than the standard house builders.

The little coffee van recently supplied a coffee service to Griggs homes for guests visiting their showhome at Bentley Gardens, Barnet. From my experience and the feedback from viewers, the Griggs team were welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about their development. The feedback from viewers also mentioned the high quality finishing on the homes.
We moved into a Griggs built house in 2015. We couldn’t be happier in our fabulous home. Griggs have a great product but one of their key differentiators is their after sales service and care. Still today, when the occasional thing goes wrong in the house they are always available to advise, and on occasion take care of the problem. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They are highly professional and put their clients first.
