Get new help and honest people
The service dept is nothing more than parts changers Received a estimate for repair and had done elsewhere for 1/3 rd the price !! Overpriced on parts and lacking on knowledge. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there !!
Just had the service department look at my sunroof because it would only vent. After 3 hours, and it no longer closing or opening, they say I need to take it to the another dealer next Tuesday. Interesting when you call the other dealer they have no idea what happened or any information about the car. In the end thanks for breaking the sunroof and applying plastic for me to drive around. I'm sure that will work as I'm driving down the freeway! What poor customer service! Dont take your car here ever!
My Brother and I Purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 recently and our experience was great! Ali and Chels made sure we were accommodated and the work truck we purchased has been doing what the purchase was set to out to do.
Just left after a 4 hour 5 minute wait for an air bag light and oil change. When I randomly found my car in the lot, my agent had gone to lunch and nobody could find my paperwork or keys. I was blown off by 4 workers and never got one one apology. I dont want anything...but please avoid....ive had other problems there in the past that I just blew off.
I took my Grand Cherokee in for her maintenance check but had to leave her overnight. Mike Olson was kind enough to make sure I had a ride home and that everything was in working order when I picked her up the following day . I love the Service Team here . They always take great care of me . Thanks again Mike ��
Dennis and Mike were more than helpful and nice. I like that they have a number you can text for updates and they even send you a link showing the status of your vehicle. Mike made sure to keep me updated on everything going on and let me know immediately that they couldn’t get the part of my Jeep the same day. Great service!
