Was just browsing the lot when my son and I met Virgil. He was friendly but not overbearing as I told him we were just window shopping for some potential test drives the next day. As we were about to leave; he showed us a car we assumed was way out of our price range. Turns out it wasn’t, and as they say the rest is history. Once again, Woody was amazing! I have never had a bad moment at this dealership, from sales to service. I just purchased my third vehicle for Griffin's Hub...and from Woody. I highly recommend them. Dennis in finance is incredibly helpful too.
Tell you what you want to hear then not deliver. Had to have someone from Hub come by to finish signatures and the guy they sent smelled of weed and was an hour late. Constantly a battle back and forth to straighten everything out. Wont ever deal with griffin again. Unorganized, unprofessional (expect one guy out of 3 I dealt with)
We had a better experience with this vehicle purchase than we have had with our previous four new truck purchases since 2012.
I’ve had several bad experiences with this dealer. From rust on rear bumper of a new truck that was 6 months old. It took this dealer 4 months to get a new bumper for truck with many calls in between. Appointments made for oil change and never put in system. And charge for services that we’re not completed. Went in to get a oil change and tire rotation. Good thing that I marked the tires on the inside. They charged for the service but did not rotate the tires.
