We took our jeep in for some work, and after paying lots of $$, the same issue came back. the manager now refuses to honor their work. Now we have to go through the main headquaters.

Never going to purchase a Chrysler product or from Griffin Auto’s. When it came time to replace the engine under the “lifetime warranty... sorry you didn’t bring it in for the 5 year check” (7th year I owned it). Why didn’t you go it when the car was in for Service? “ because you didn’t request it “. Later. “ we couldn’t do it because it wasn’t time “ . You replaced the entire suspension in my 6 year of warranty... “ our technician don’t have access to all the warranty information “.

I was completely satisfied with my service at Griffin's Hub From the New Car Dealer who went above and beyond doing runs out in the rain, to running back and forth getting me the best deal. The used car manager who helped me with my deal and rate, and the finance guy who topped off my night by making the deal go thru, he explained everything to me and made sure I knew what to expect. Appointments are kept on time, service writers are very friendly and courteous and all of my vehicle needs are met whenever I am at this dealership.
After realizing a problem with our trailer lights, I tested the fuses and did continuity checks on the wires only to come up empty. I called Griffin Chrysler and asked for someone in the service area. I told the person that answered my problem and that I had read the lights might have to be turned on via computer. He said he wasn’t sure with my model of van but looked up the VIN via my telephone number. He said they didn’t do a prep on the van like they were supposed to at...Continue Reading
This place is absolutely terrible. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM HERE! I am a disabled vet who purchased a truck 6 months ago. They sold me a warranty from s bogus warranty company. Took it in for service at regular scheduled times. Out of no where they tell me the engine needs to b replaced and they want to charge me up to 7000 to fix the issue.
