James took the time and gave me all options for purchasing my brand new vehicle.
Their service department was very personable and friendly. Even though I was a bit latel arriving for my scheduled appointment they got me in right away and finished my service promptly.

Quality service and prompt and friendly staff. Service dept. is clean and waiting room, though small, is also clean. They offer visitors coffee and donuts, when available. Wait time for service is under a hour, depending on what is being done. You can browse the showroom of new vehicles to see what the manufacturers have designed and see the sticker (shock) prices.
We had a tail light out and it took 90 mins for us to wait until we finally wee told the car was finally being looked at. It took too long so we left.
