I had a recall on my 2013 Chrysler 200, I made an apt and was able to pull up to the service doors and within minutes, Nicole greeted me and checked me in. They had told me it would be approximately 2 hours of work, and it was only about 10 minutes longer than that because there was a vehicle in front of mine. There is a nice waiting area, coffee and popcorn and some pretty stellar cars and trucks to look at (if you're in the market). The staff was professional and pleasant.
Went in for a quick oil change and tire rotation after more than an hour was tall couldn’t rotate my tires because of aftermarket rims. When I pulled in it is obvious I have aftermarket rims the only reason I go to a dealership in the first place is because of coupons hard to believe that professional mechanics can’t figure out how to Rotate tires on a jeep wrangler not that complicated I’ll never go back
My service writer Mr. Jones took care of all my warranty work and Scheduled maintenance in a friendly and professional manner, same day service and my Jeep is running Great
Wonderful service. I went there and they worked out something and I'm driving a new car the next day
I couldn’t get to Griffin durning the normal times for a oil change that was past due by a month and they gave me a rental car while I had to go work which was very helpful for me for the day.
