The wait time for an oil change is ridiculous. I was 2nd in line for an oil change and it took an hour. I was even early I showed up at 635am before the shop even opened, I was handed my keys back at 755am . I bought my car there, if I didn't get free oil changes when I bought it, I would go some where else.
Awesome job, they went out and found a car for me in southern Illinois and brought it up here with no questions asked. If you need a new car, I highly recommend Jared, great guy and straight to the point.!.

Went to get a quick oil change, online it stated till 7pm on Wednesday’s but on my arrival they said no... only till 5pm it was around 4pm I was in my window but they had no techs to do the job. I was irritated due to the long drive out of my way for nothing. The service guy asked a tech to stay late and got me squeezed in. Much appreciated.

I went to Goodyear to have new tires put on. They said they balanced them but I found out they did not. When I took it in to the dealer they took me even though they were booked solid! They diagnosed the car and got it back to me in a timely manner. I found out Goodyear didn’t balance the tires which was causing my vibration in the steering wheel while driving. Thank you!!
Worked with Jayson on trading my GMC truck for a Jeep and it was a great experience! He was knowledgeable on all Jeep lines and was patient with me while I test drove numerous models to find the best fit for me. I ended up deciding on a Jeep Compass and though it was less expensive than many other Jeep models, Jayson never tried to push a more expensive option. I left there feeling genuinely happy and comfortable with my purchase. I highly recommend asking for Jayson Martin to help you out if you’re in the market!
Bought my 2007 Dodge Dakota here and brought it in this week for some repairs. Service department kept me updated with the status and when an unforseen delay was encountered, set me up with a loaner. Great service. All is well.
