I have been a customer for many years. There have been quite a few changes in the service department. Some very wonderful employees are no longer there. You need some work on your customer service skills. Don't tell me that I don't need synthetic oil, even when I request it. Don't balk at me if I ask you if there is a coupon available. This experience made me question if I would continue to come there.
It was awesome I called to see if I could get approved he told me to come wit my down payment my income and told me that he can get me in a vehicle so I went I was scared at first then he came out and said congratulations you’ve been approved the only problem I had was to get the insurance and the reason for that is because they was closing within the next 15 mins but I got my quote and the next day I had my car thanks griffins I’m loving my 2018

found that the dealership either didnt want to fix my truck or didn't know how because all they seemed to do is blame problems on something else there are many posts on dodge forems from other owners with same problems as mine and the dealerships they took it to addressed their problems instead of pointing blame
