Went in for an oil change n the service guy was new never seen him so unprofessional didn’t even ask how I was doin or nothing right away just came up to me n asked for my keys n what I was there for never had a problem till this last time
Needed my battery checked. Had it done during oil change. So far so good.

Fast and efficient as always. The small wait in the waiting room offered coffee and popcorn if you wanted. My oil change was part of the maintenance pkg when I bought my car new, I haven’t regretted that decision ever. Free car wash and finding the Amos choc chip cookie in the car afterwards was a sweet thank you for the patronage. �
Mark Bryant was an absolute joy to work with! I was in a really tough situation and I didn't think getting a vehicle was even going to be possible. He made the impossible possible though and I walked out with a "new to me" 2012 chevy Malibu. It actually was cleaner and had less miles on it then my previous car which was a 2015! All in all mark and his finance manager Dennis made my experience less stressful AND enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an easy and hassle free way to get a car.
I decided to take my jeep here since everyone else i took it to kept trying to NOT listen to me and fix the problems. I was given options and never pushed into anything. That was the best feeling other then actually having my vehicle working again. I will definitely be going backin the future.
