We'd like to express our sincerest thanks to James Day for his support over the past year. He assisted us with the completion of a sensitive SAR, and we found he was always available to support us, nothing was too much trouble. He was extremely knowledgeable and we felt very reassured due to this. He has also been at the end of the phone when we've had follow up questions. Friendly enough , but £2,000.00 in exchange for just 2/3 instructive emails, (they of course will say otherwise) I found crazy. Their final invoice figure seems to be made up from somewhere in the clouds. When you query that figure the friendliness stops. Very very expensive firm, beware
