I had a great experience when buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee a couple weeks ago! I knew what I wanted and they worked with me on my trade in. They had amazing customer service and I’m so glad I drove an hour to the dealership.
Had out the door price set but ended up paying over 1000 dollars in taxes. Clearly they were coming down to my out the door price but failed to tell me it didn't include taxes. They gave no response to BBB claims.
Griffin Ford why advertise a truck if you have decided to wholesale it? You had a person standing there who wanted to test drive it and maybe purchase it today. Your salsman had no clue if there was room to negotiate on the price that was listed online. You may also want to teach your staff not trash talk about the vehicle a customer rmay be trading in. If I could give 0 stars I would! Stopped in traveling back home from Ft Myers Fl to Cincinnati. Our Jeep Wrangler engine light came on several times so we swung in to have them figure out the engine code. The girl said all of her people were too busy and we would have to wait two hours for some one to hook up a monitor and check a code that takes 2 min or less... Really! Wonderful ! From the time we arrived until the time we left everyone was great. The salesman Mr. Griffin was very knowledgeable about both vehicles I was looking at. When we decided on the Jeep the process was fast and easy. Lee the finance man was great. We are very happy with Griffin and one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had.
