Fast friendly and not pushy
They lied to me about winning a 70” tv over the phone after confirming the code on the mail they sent me. I also confirmed with Mr.James by calling to make sure all I had to do was come pick it up he said yes and show your I.D. and bring you mail Nothing else necessary. I get there the rude guy named Chase or whoever!!!! He said they only wanted to buy my current car from me here $100 in coupons. They are rude liars and I’ll never shop with them! Yesterday morning I took my jeep up to get looked at 8:30 in the morning. They told me it'd probably be later in the day when they got to it and that was fine. 6:45 rolls around and I still haven't heard anything back. I call and ask if they are keeping my car overnight and the man tells me service closed at 5:30. No one ever called to tell me ANYTHING.
