PSA: DO NOT do business with Griffin Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Tifton. Billy Curtis and I were there until closing Saturday purchasing a vehicle. Our business did not get finished so they told us to come back first thing Monday. By having honest people in both sales and Service. Case in point they owe me for a faulty after market blue tooth system. I was led to believe I was get a Uconnect system. The Service department was supposed to let me know when I would be able to come in, get a loaner and repair my 2018 Dodge Journey. This was on Dec 3rd 2018 and I have not heard from them. I ended up taking my Dodge to another dealership and they repaired it right away. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE.
