We bought a 2013 Jeep Cherokee and calling a lemon is an understatement. The worst part of the entire experience was the Customer Service when we had problems from the onset of the purchase until the present day. Unfortunately, we are stuck with this crappy automobile but we won’t EVER make the mistake of buying from Griffin again. Lesson Learned

We just bought a 2018 Jeep Compass from Will-I-Am at Griffin. And let me tell you it was the best experience I’ve ever had. He is knowledgeable. Trustworthy. Didn’t push us to do what we were uncomfortable with. And made sure we left happy. I will never buy a car from anybody else.
