Great customer service. Had to bring truck over for repair after waiting on Auto Nation in Albany for three months to find the tool to fix rear end. I will buy my next truck from Griffin. It is worth the drive.
never get your oil changed here bought a truck here and they didn't screw the oil filter on tight so got oil in my yard and all under my truck go to get it fixed they SAY there gonna clean all of it from under my truck didn't happen never again will they touch my truck
I would have to say Griffin Chrysler in Tifton GA is one of the best dealers I have done business with. I have owned a Chrysler 300C since 2006. I just bought my 3rd updated version from them, and the custom car & deal was by far the best and the easiest. I wanted a special type 300C and (after phone call after phone call to other dealers) they found it, retrieved it, and I was in-and-out of the dealership with the vehicle in a half hour. Now that's service!
