I was the only car there and it only provided 49 kW of charge. Moved to the Ionity 10 yards away and got 117Kw. Still below the normal for my car but a massive difference. Sat at 11pm at night wanting to get home and only charging at 49kW when there are no other cars on the supposedly 400kW chargers is not acceptable. I’d avoid if you are in a rush to get going
Very easy, plenty of spaces, very fast chargers. . Returned here on our journey home because of how efficient it was.
Efficient if expensive. Plug in, present credit/debit card. That's it, charging starts.

Came across another driver having trouble attempting to use the only Chademo connector at Cambridge services - This charger wouldn’t accept payment, wouldn’t communicate with the car, GRIDSERVE phone support was unhelpful and unsympathetic. The fact these old Gridserve units don’t even appear on ZapMap speaks volumes that you should just avoid them.
