I have been in Greystone since April and love the community and staff. They are always hosting events at the clubhouse for the residents which I have never experienced before in apartment living. This really brings the community together and presents a forum to meet other residents and make it feel like home. Thanks GS for hosting so many wonderful events and really going above and beyond for us!!!!
We have been living at Greystone Summit-Forsyth for just over a year, and we have loved it! The apartments are nice, and the amenities, grounds, and staff are great as well. We have enjoyed getting to know our neighbors, and everyone seems very friendly.
I recommend this community to anyone looking to set up in Cumming Georgia that is not planning on buying a home right away. My husband and I recently moved here to start up our business, Arise Family Chiropractic off Bethelview rd. We are not in the position to buy our first home yet and would rather rent. We were very picky on apartment complexes and knew instantly that we needed to put ourselves on the waiting list for this complex because of how beautiful it is and how clean it is! This is such a lovely community. Clean, quiet, and sophisticated apartments with friendly staff! The on-site pool and gym are added bonuses as well.
I would highly recommend Greystone Summit-Forsyth as it is in a great area and instant access GA 400.
I, as well as other residents have emailed and filed complaints that have been completely ignored. They claim the pool is "salt water" but it smells strongly of chlorine. Other residents and myself have no recollection of regular pool maintenance and recently it has has been discolored and dirty. The chairs and umbrellas are busted and torn, and need to be replaced. Many residents do not pick up after their pets, resulting in waste-ridden grass. This complex may have been as pristine in the photos when it was first developed... read more
We love living at Greystone Summit Forsyth. We have had a very positive experience. The community is clean, apts are so nice, office staff are really good people and Maintenance is efficient. No complaints!
