We like it here! Everyone seems nice. Beautiful apartments. I would say only a few problems it’s hard to get ahold of anyone in the office. Getting packages from the office is a hassle because there is normally only one person working and if they are with someone you can expect to wait awhile to get your packages. The people that do work in the front are great though.
We haven't officially moved in yet, but we do have the keys and have seen our new apartment. It is beautiful and spacious! Wendy and Raquel have been so nice to work with, and we are really looking forward to getting settled in.
Property is good. The management team is also good but the rules and clauses can be eased as its not adult or senior citizens only apartment complex. My neighbors had stuck a note that we are making too much noise while walking on the third day which was ridiculous. 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM rule can be relaxed with certain conditions. Also the place can be kids friendly as we see there are people who show wrong face when my 8 yrs old goes to the pool. Greystone Summit Forsyth is awesome. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the maintenance team is on top of everything. This is a great community with some great people!
So far I have enjoyed living here and have met some good people. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.
