Took a tour of a 3BR today. AWESOME Unit but the other amenities are the true selling point. I will be putting money down today and hope to move in by the end of the week!
We are extremely excited to be moving into our new apartment in April! Everyone has been very nice so far and I will have to agree with everyone else the price is a little steep but its well worth it considering that we are getting a brand new place to live in with very nice accommodations. Also the property has promised to cover the extra cost in our rent since we will have to pay month to month since they had to reschedule our move in date, which I thought was really awesome! Already reserved my apartment! Have not moved in yet but so far love the floor plans, amenities, location, finishes and staff. The price is a little high but good quality will cost you.

So far this place looks fantastic! I thought the price was a little high, though. If the price was $100 cheaper, I would have given five stars.
