One of the best places to live! Great location & very central to a lot of restaurants and entertainment places. Ellie was quick to help with anything I needed through the application process and even now as I live here. Raquel is very nice and prompt with answering any questions I have as well. This is a great place to call home. Peaceful, quiet, clean place to live and the staff here at GS are super friendly. Just signed my 3rd year lease.
Unlike many apartments, this is more like home.The management and maintenance staff, in our experience, have been great making our stay here clean, comfortable, and quiet. We may be have a different story than some, but so far, after waiting four years to move here, we love our apartment and mostly everyone who lives here has been friendly. Management has been especially good. Thank you!

Greystone Summit-Forsyth is the best by far of any other apartment complex in Forsyth. I have lived in two others which were nice and efficient but not to the degree of Greystone. If you are looking for a home-like environment, this is it!!
I love this apartment complex! My dad lives here and I love visiting and using the AMAZING pool during the warmer months. Staff is super nice and all apartment facilities are well kept and beautiful! Highly recommend living here!
