I have been a resident here for 4years. The layout is phenomenal! The builders thought of everything, you will not be disappointed with all the upgrades this property has. I am extremely happy with the management team. Raquel Orrego and staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to meet our needs. We have a great community, with book club, wine tasting, and other events (pre COVID).The maintenance crew also does a fantastic job with service request and grounds keeping. This community is very well maintained. if you want to live somewhere where the leasing office truly cares about keeping the community beautiful, this is the place for you. office team are very nice! the maintenance team usually comes the same day to take care of your service requests. Very peacecul and quiet here as well.

The location is perfect. I love that the complex is set back from the road so it really feels private and tucked back. You get so much square footage and tons of storage space. They keep the area so clean and well maintained. I love how they decorate for Christmas and make this place feel like home. The maintenance workers are so polite and kind. The office staff is always so sweet if you need anything. I have loved our experience so far.
