GPs and staff at Greystokes are always compassionate and responsive to their patients. I have used the contact online facilities a number of times now and always have my health enquiry responded to in the most professional manner within a few hours. The system is so very efficient and staff including the Practice Manager always pleasant and kind to their patients
This is the best doctors surgery I have ever had and when others tell me their experience with their own gps it makes me feel incredibly lucky to have found what appears to be the best surgery on the planet! I am dramatic but honestly they respond so quickly to appointment requests, the clinical staff are all amazing and the admin staff work very hard. They even have their own mental health team!
