I am a patient, rational, honest human being. Never have I been treated so lowly by another human being. I got tickets to travel from LA, CA to Mnpls, MN then back again to LA. On my trip to Minnesota I was treated with no respect and felt like an animal, very degrading. Then my laptop got stolen while the bus was being cleaned at the Grand Junction station in CO. After leaving family in Erie pa kinda little down on luck.economy tough.about 15 mins ago I went to customer service explained I'm a disabled vet little hungry could use a cup of coffee Supervisor shrugged me off saying greyhounds penny pinching,a few thoughts ran threw my head how the military use to ship us across country on greyhound how I gave 16 years protecting our country.I'm no addict just rough time,really want to thank greyhound for not. 15 hour trip.turned into 59 hours bad bad customer service even at CEO office. plus lost my luggage and not trying to help in anyway to.find it. .really messed my three day vacation up as far as visiting my family before Thanksgiving! I will never use or suggest anyone ride greyhound!! not even if its to visit next city

This form of transportation should be wiped from the earth. It is had the worst service and when incidents happen from their mistakes customers are not compensated in the way they should be. They should not be rated at all in my opinion because of the ridiculous services they give to loyal customers.

Yes customer service sucks!! Bought a ticket to go from Omaha, ne to Cincinnati, oh. Had a lay over in Chicago the bus did not show up. Then had to buy another ticket to get to Ohio from Chicago. I cannot understand how they can be so rude when I try to figure out if I am going to be compensated for the services not rendered. They are a huge company that offers the services of bus riding. My bag was takin off in columbus, Ga and given to someone else. Luckily the woman called to tell me she was given my bag and returned it to the greyhound station, they put my bag on the bus to get to my destination, and has now been lost again, Ive been calling now since Saturday Oct. 4, 2014 and the customer service line is rude, and no help what so ever, I would rather have my bag then havin to file a claim. PLEASE SEND SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE TO REVIEW THE DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, CA BUS TERMINAL. IT IS CHAOTIC, TERRIBLE SURLY PEOPLE WORKING THERE, AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. YOU NEED TO LOOK AT YOUR YELP REVIEWS...SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG THERE.

Horrible service. Shipped a very big box and they lost it. How can anyone lose something so big. They said it would take 3 day to get to its destination. They should close down the company they are horrible and don't care.
