Such knowledgeable and caring staff. They have been incredible with our cockapoo as she recovers from a leg amputation. The hydrotherapy is working wonders. They have also helped us to order a properly fitted wheel chair for her. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
This place USED to be one of the best hydrotherapy centres in the uk when it was owned and run by Angela. It was all about the dogs with kindness and compassion. Sadly Angela sold Greyfriars. The new owner doesn’t care about the dogs. Only cares about MONEY and they will try and get as much money out of you as possible. What other hydrotherapy centres can do in 5 sessions would take Greyfriars double that. They really do string it out to maximise profits. There are better hydrotherapy centres around. I cannot recommend Greyfriars highly enough! The whole team is exceptional, they are kind, highly trained and go above and beyond to offer the best experience. You can tell that they care deeply about the work they do and are all animal lovers. My 10.5yr old, nervous rescue dog has regular physio and hydrotherapy appointments. From the start they took the time and care to build trust with him and make him feel comfortable (a special shoutout to Kate who was amazing with him and made both of us feel seen and at ease).
