A family of mice moved into our 2018 Toyota Prius and ruined the interior. The folks at the Toyota dealership in Gresham working with our insurance provider, Safeco, did an excellent job of repair. Everyone communicated very well with the parties involved and the car is back home, looking like new, and with some added features to keep other inquisitive mice out. Thank you for a job well done.
unfortunately I have not been pleased with this place. They have a 2012 acura RDX posted yesterday for $9800. I messaged them, they called me and we talked about finacing and what they could do. Today they I went back to get more info on the vehicle and the price is now $11900. i messaged them and they had Patrick call me back. I was then told that there is a shortage of used cars and that they marked up the price to obviously take advantage of this. I appreciate their fast, friendly and informative service. I come out each time with not just an oil & filter change, but increased knowledge and awareness of potential future problems to watch for. I can receive instantaneous quotes on those future repairs. Gresham Toyota is the only place I would take our 2007 Camry. They keep it going strong.

Dan Roemmich contacted me from my Websearch, found the exact truck I was looking for, then was quite patient with us as we delayed the transaction a month thru the virus foo foo. All’s well that ends well. We love the Tundra. We had been directed towards Gresham Toyota by friends Wes and Jenna Anderson from Winlock, Wa. Good experience!
