Service team pretty good. Hospitality area needs work. No coffee in thermos, no bottled water in fridge, freezer for cookie dough was filthy & no cookies. Multiple employees walked by without correcting the issues. Waiting area full of service customers

Too short of answers from Impatient, irritated phone person in services. Battery replaced ... Charging me an extra $75. On top of replacement of new battery. Warantee? Not listening when I asked for evaluation of car in storage for previous 6 months with dead battery & got diagnostic fee for dead battery only. Your service person needs to slow down & listen , answer questions & provide more information. I’ll get my other needs met at another provider if services , who knows what good service really is!

They have rude customer service... my friend wanted to return the car in less than 15hours and they reluctantly said NO, not justifying why! When asked for a legal or legitimate reason, they could not provide one. From the money we walked in, the guy in front desk was rude (Josh), then the financial consultant came to “solve” our issues and treated us as if we were two illiterate and stupid women.
