Traded in my car for a 2018 rav 4 my son even got a car that day. 1 month they tell me I need to return the car cause they can’t find me a lender. Not only did they not tell me for 2 weeks they Couldn’t find A lender and me thinking that my car was paid off wasn’t I’m lucky I called in because they were about to repossess my car because Toyota never paid the car off. All together bad business. And possibly ruining my moms credit bc her name was on the trade in. Sorry will never step a foot or recommend to friends!!!!!

The service department found a cut into my tire and patched it. Didn't have to make an appointment just drove in since my tire icon was showing on the dashboard. They were helpful and somewhat quick.
