horrible customer service. The service techs are incompetent. completely ruined my brand new trucks steering the second I drove it off the lot from an oil change my truck started driving all over the place. They don't take any accountability for this. it drove GREAT before taking it in. I'm very disappointed with the lack of respect I was given in this situation they brushed off all my concerns and let me leave with my truck driving all over the road after they last touched it. We bought my wife's RAV4 from Gresham Toyota. During the sale, we were highly pressured to purchase warranties and protection plans. We declined, and declined, and declined and the gentleman pitching us told us about the wheel and tire protection plan. He told us if anything happened to the tires or wheels from other than wear & tear, they'd be replaced.
