Took my husbands truck to get an oil change. Got back home and double checked filters and any oil leaks and my husband found a left over engine oil container left inside and lodged in there. Double check under the hood of your cars/trucks before leaving the service center.

Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! Don’t even try to talk to a single person there because: 1. They are going to pretend they don’t know what you are talking about. 2. They are going to say they don’t get your emails. 3. They will never respond to voice messages and if they do, is only to tell you they are going to call you back. and NEVER do it! And all of this is including their General Manager.... Complete lack of professionalism!!!!!! Thank you Chris, Josh, Ian, Bill and David for you amazing customer service.

While I didn’t get the promised call when my PU was ready for me, they did take me as walk-in for a oil change and 40k service. All in all things went pretty smooth
