Don’t go for yodel. Wrong labelling or not sending several packages. Threw one package in the floor out of anger (when asking to label each package one at a time as last time they labelled incorrectly). Shop worker then threatened me by saying “ how do you know they won’t be send to the wrong address again.” Reporting to Yodel store in the morning. Aggressive and unacceptable
In the space or two minutes the shop refused packages from two different people due to size despite being a registered yodel drop location. Note mine was far from large as had a pair of trainers in it. He did however sell grey over priced parcel tape to repackage. Out to make money beware
Never use this point for Yodel! Always have their own rules for taking parcels even though Yodel website shows that it should be open from 07:00 till 20:00 everyday of the week, they doesn’t accept parcels after 12 pm on Friday till Monday. Just warning, not spend your time as I did .
Doesn’t accept Yodel parcels at the weekend only Monday to Friday. Although the Yodel App says they are able to take parcels at the weekend the store is open for everything but Yodel drop offs - just so you know #Yodel
Yodel deliveries lying all over the floor in the shop, I don't know if mine really wasn't delivered or just was stolen off their floor.
