I'm so happy I bought my car here - Luke Self helped me and he was knowledgeable, very friendly, a good listener and easy to work with. I knew the car I wanted walking it (I had researched it online) so he showed me that auto and one other for comparison and he made the whole experience very easy. The service I received when I purchased my vehicle a couple months ago at the Hyundai in palatine was amazing. I needed an oil change yesterday & I assume walking in wasn't a problem no matter how busy you are(Toyota dealership was amazing with that) two of the customer service people that open the gate for me while pulling up said it will be a 2hr wait made no contact with me said i should just leave I asked for closing time he said 6pm and they weren't taking anybody after 1? It was 11am.. did not feel welcome at all
Barry Orlov was the ultimate sales person- responsive with no pressure. It made the experience very positive, from the first email to discussing leasing vs. buying.
I went with my parents who wanted to buy an Elantra and Luke Self was very helpful. He didn't push to buy another model or try to make them buy any extras that they didn't want. It was very easy to buy a car. Also, he always answers their emails and phone calls promptly.
I just bought a car from Rob at this dealership. I have had quite a few experiences before with buying cars. I must admit that these guys surprised me a lot, especially Chris, the financing manager. They were honest, helpful, quick and diligent. No games, no hidden fees, everything was explained and outlined before we made a decision. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great deal and honest people.
Went in on black Friday and worked with Reda Bou-Ali and the sales manager to get a great price and financing on my car. No pressure, no hassle, easy to do. Fourth car bought from Gregory Hyundai and each time was an excellent experience.
Great experience, great professional place. Helpful, caring, and friendly. I have purchased 3 Sonatas here 2004, 2011 , 2017. Love the cars, worked with Barry Orlov on the 2017. Easy to talk to and work with. Service Department is first rate, very helpful.
