Horrible customer service.... they bait customers with false online pricing. And give false information on vehicles. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
Buyer beware. Sold us a vehicle years ago and according to Illinois Lemon LAW, they were suppose to disclose car a lemon. Found out they were notified one month prior to us purchasing the vehicle. Cant sell it now for what its worth in Kelley Blue Book.. We kept it clean. Cant sell it to someone on the street bc they can turn around and sue us if we do not disclose. Thanks Gregory Hyundai. Wont be back never!!
This dealership KNOWINGLY sold my husband a lemon and now will not buy it back for the price which he is asking for. He's contacted them via the phone as well as has personally gone to the dealership. During his first conversation with one of the salesmen, he was told that he should just sell the car to someone else to which he replied "why would I do to someone else what you guys did to me". All we want is for them to pay off the remaining balance of the car so that we don't have to spend anymore on repairs.

we thought we found a great car then they ran our credit. after we got approved they legally had to give us a disclosure agreement that the car was a lemon. go somewhere else
Nice greeting at the door. Then after your test drive the salesmanship wants to rape your wallet. I was there 6/28/18 looking at a used car priced at $5900 & after I offered a cash price , the car stock shot up to $8100 ! Terrible business. Don’t believe anything this place says because it’s all scripted no sale”s here people keep it moving.
