Scam artists. Do not believe what they tell you, at all, regarding the deal they offer you.
Yesterday's service appointment was too exciting. Tony brought me evidence that voles were using my car's engine air filter for nesting and the cabin filter for other unappealing activities. Thankfully, new filters and an inspection revealed no voles had hitched a ride to the dealership. With the advice of Bounce dryer sheets in the glovebox (voles don't like the smell) and mothballs scattered around the garage (they don't like that smell, either), I think the vole hotel is no more.
