This place is a joke, I urge you to go anywhere else to get a car if you can. I called and made an appointment for a car I saw online. Told the girl I spoke to I'm driving an hour so I wanted to make sure it was ready for when we got there. We get there, I walk in. Literally all of the sales people were standing around on their phones along with the "manager". Completely ignored me, the manger comes over and says "oh our best sales guy is going to help you". RecommendedI can’t recommend Gregory Hyundai enough!! They have the largest number cars to choose from, and the staff and management were wonderful! They patiently explained all of the (incredible!!) features of my new Santa Fe, and they were a pleasure to work with. My family will definitely buy more cars from them in the future!
I tried to call and negotiate on a car; very abrupt and rude manager hung up on me twice. I even called back to apoligize or see what happened and didn't even get a chance to say 'no' to the offer. I'd rather pay more money to a dealer that's willing to listen or calmly say no or provide alternatives. DO NOT recommend this dealer.
We just left this dealership and had the worst experience! They are affiliated with TrueCar, however, they didn’t understand the process. TrueCar is about ease and efficiency and is about providing a superior buying experience. This dealership failed in providing that. When we got there they didn’t know anything about our appointment. Drove 3 hours to look at a "Certified pre-owned" vehicle that the salesman Dmitry assured me over the phone was in great condition....only to find it had terrible hail damage all over. The ad did not list this at all and it should have been disclosed by Dmitry. Very disappointed.
Amazing - they refused to sell me a car because I was coming from out of state. Vehicle as been on the lot for a year. This is likely fraudulent, and I will be contacting BBB as well as Attorney General of Illinois. For those interested, the number is: (800) 386-5438.
They are not interested to negotiate to sell you a car and their customer service is terrible. They also have false advertisement.
Do not lie to your future and present customers.
