Tried contacting someone several times to see about getting replacement parts for a lift that was less than a year old but never could get a reply back from anyone. Customer service sucks.
Went to the Indianapolis store to purchase a lift. Was greeted by a sign on their door. Advising it was a gun free zone,no firearms allowed. I will take my business elsewhere.
Instruction were terrible, typical china made product, looked for assistance on website or you tube , no help. I would pay more money for Usa made if I had known it was China made. Cable end on safety cable came off about tenth time using it, thought vehicle was going to fall off sideways because one side latched and not other. Very Displeased

The staff was very helpful on the phone. Had lots of praises from friends and neighbors for the equipment An Atlas 289 with a left helper arm tire changer. Would continue doing business with these folks.
