I own a small garage in Northeast PA. i purchased a 12000# alignment lift from Greg Smiths Delaware store on April 12. Delaware didn't send us home with the right hoses for rolling jacks and forgot the airline kit. I called and the were sent out. the lift I got was a new design and has one fatal flaw, the runway plates slide off the lift. When I called Jeff Smith said he would look into it. Bought a new lift my second one and wasn’t going up evenly so after several unreturned calls and emails I had it inspected and found one of the sleeves in the carriage not installed correctly and sent several pics to atlas and the agreed in wasn’t manufactured correctly and shipped a carriage so here is the problem they want 450.00 to install incorrectly manufactured parts and no return calls from any Greg smith employees

Quality equipment at good prices. Very good inventory selection.
Stopped by to look at some equipment, door was locked. I have bought compressors etc. from them in the past. I like looking at equipment before I buy something, no door bell, no way to look at equipment, now just another internet company.
