RecommendedGreat Black Friday deal and excellent lift .
Called dozens and dozens of times. IF they answer, say “let me transfer you” and call disconnects. Left multiple messages with zero returned calls. Awful awful customer service, this company just sucks. Ordered lifts and when truck came for delivery pallets were destroyed and couldn’t get them off truck so sent them back.

I bought a 12k lift( which I am very happy with) but also bought a tire machine and a wherl balancer. I have tried to use the tire machine twice, and have messed up 3.... $350 rims! Very frustrating!!! When I reached out to my salesman ( which wasn’t much of a salesman to start). ripoff junk misleading and rude. I was told by this company that they do not make or sell parts for the lift i bought. They give you phone numbers for other companies they say sell the parts. But no one they referred me to sells the parts. The last contact number they gave me was a disconnected phone number. One of the representatives i contacted for help actually hung up on me. Do not do business with this place. Their phones have been disconnected and their email does work. Once they get your money they will not respond. I have filed a dispute with credit card company.
anyone know if this company is legit? They have my money and I have...nothing. Obviously they did not ship, won't answer my questions, won't return call. Am I hosed?
These lifts are junk and have not worked correctly since we purchased them new. We even went to the trouble of shipping them on our own truck to Indianapolis for repair and they still aren't right. So, were stuck with a $20K yard ornament. NEVER AGAIN, and I we will tell everyone in any type of service work in this area about our experience with this lift / company.
We purchased a Chinese 75 ton electric hydraulic press from these guys. That was my first mistake. There are issues with the power unit for this press and there is no technical support available. The guys in tech service are super nice and they want to help but have no information available to them whatsoever. I was told if wanted technical information I would have to speak Chinese.
